Example: Offer employees one hour of paid time for every hour they are enrolled in classes.
Provide a Financial Incentive.
Example: Offer gas support for employees attending classes on campus.
Conditional Hire.
Example: If you require your employees to have a credential offered by Spokane Community College, consider hiring an applicant if they are working towards that credential.
